So you heard me talk about how Sloane was holding on to her umbilical cord during delivery. She was just showing off her iron grip.
Then she proceeded to show us her strong neck strength by whipping her head around like a crazy baby. I've taken a few head-butts to the mouth already. She regularly holds her head up which makes her difficult to hold sometimes. She won't hold still.
It takes Chris and I both to hold her arms up during bath time to clean her armpits.
Sloane has now made it clear she is not a fan of tummy time by continually rolling over. It's cute and all when we're watching her but not so cute and freaks us out when she rolls from her back to her tummy in the middle of the night. It's only happened once but we didn't think this was something we needed to worry about so soon!
As for the strong will... just try and get her to do something she doesn't want to do. Good luck. This is Sloane's world and we're just living in it!
